Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may be unable to accommodate changes, as the order may have already entered processing.

If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (such as dents or scuffs) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@tepain.com and including a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Shipping & Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, tepain is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Once an order has been shipped, any issues related to delivery must be addressed directly with the courier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a refund or resend the order.
